Development Engineer

This role is with one of the world’s leading providers of electronic ballasts, sensors, and control systems for UV-based water and air treatment. It’s a chance to contribute to a healthier, safer, and more sustainable future.

What you’ll be working on:

– Designing and dimensioning control systems for amalgam UV lamps
– Setting frequency, current, and voltage parameters
– Developing electronic architectures based on system requirements
– PCB design and prototype commissioning
– Supporting the transfer of solutions into production

What we’re looking for

– Solid experience in Electronics Development, ideally in power electronics
– Familiarity with PCB design software (Eagle, Altium)
– Familiarity with modern control and power electronics modules (SiC components, Modbus, etc.)
– BSc degree in Electrical Engineering with hands-on experience
– Fluency in German and English (Hungarian is a plus)
– Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions in a complex development environment
– Excellent communication skills and experience in working with internal and external partners
– Background in measurement technology (optical sensors, radiometers) is a plus
