Compliance specialist

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Following, introducing, and communicating international standards and regulations related to company’s products.
• Identifying risks to the safety of company’s products.
• Change and crisis management activities in matters affecting product safety.
• Defining of company’s internal requirements based on international standards.
• Active participation in product development projects.
• Registration of company’s products.
• Chemical expertise, assessment and evaluation of risks of used and new raw materials, chemicals, paints and technologies.
• Communication with external, international laboratories.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Higher-level technical qualification
• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• User-level computer skills and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Advantages

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, food or plastics industry
• Chemist or chemical engineering degree
• German language skills
