Senior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities of the Role

• Set out all building works in accordance with drawings, specifications, and approved submittals.
• Monitor on-site construction quality, workmanship, and material standards; report and resolve deviations.
• Ensure all works are executed to specified requirements and approved submittals.
• Compile and maintain method statements as required for tasks or sections of work.
• Provide timely, accurate information to all subcontractors and site personnel; facilitate clear on-site communication.
• Implement and uphold ISO-based EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and Quality systems across operations.
• Assist site management in maintaining progress on site in line with the programme, EHS Plan, and Quality Plan.

Your Qualifications and Key Criteria

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role on construction projects.
• Degree qualification in a civil or structural engineering discipline.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
