Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Customer Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment.
  • Confirm and communicate delivery schedules and order status.
  • Monitor customer forecasts and demand changes.
  • Coordinate the resolution of delivery issues and customer complaints with internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively communicate supply risks, delays, and recovery plans to customers.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and support customer satisfaction objectives.

Production Planning & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Create, maintain, and optimize mid-, and long-term production plans.
  • Balance customer demand with available production capacity.
  • Monitor inventory levels and material availability to support production requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
  • Define production priorities based on customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation actions.
  • Participate actively in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and demand review processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within planning and supply chain processes.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key supply chain and customer service KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports and performance summaries for management.
  • Monitor backlog, delivery performance, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.
  • Ensure accuracy of planning and customer master data within ERP systems.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for supply chain disruptions.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Production Planning, Logistics, or a related function
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and production planning processes
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • ERP/MRP system proficiency, preferrably SAP
  • Understanding of inventory management and demand planning concepts
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
