Job description
- Reception of Clients and Guests.
- Coordination and administration of business travels.
- Accommodation management.
- Perform filing and data recording.
- Daily administration tasks and postal administration.
- Handling incoming calls.
- Compilation of travel offers, preparation of price offers.
- Preparation of travel documents and necessary permits.
- Contact and cooperation with hotels, airlines and other service providers.
- Audit preparation.
- Pool car administration.
- Active participation in events organization.
Required education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree, 3 years experience in receptionist position
- Native Hungarian language skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, time management & problem solving skills
- Proficiency in M365
- Focused, structured, accurate, proactive, agile attitude
