Quality Assurance System Engineer

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Build effective cross functional relationships and contribute to achieving and maintaining, certification to the established standards and customer requirements.
• To be the lead auditor for IATF 16949.
• Plan and conduct regular internal audits to check compliance to the requirements of the Quality Management.
• Management of customer audits acc. to ISO/TS 16949 and VDA requirements.
• Creation and maintenance of quality documentation to support automotive activities – Introduction and implementation of global process rules.
• Operation, control and continuous improvement of quality management system.
• Assisting in developing of Control Plans, PFMEAs, Process Flows and Work Instructions in accordance to customer requirements.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Degree in Engineering
• Full working knowledge of IATF16949 and previous experience of having developed and implemented an effective and successful roadmap to maintain ITAF 16949 certification
• Quality Engineering experience gained within a Tier2 / Tier 3 Automotive environment
• Advanced English knowledge
