Project BIM Coordinator

Key Responsibilities of the Role

• Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP models in line with project information requirements.
• Federate models, complete clash detection and drive issues through to timely resolution.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and communicate actions clearly to designers and delivery teams.
• Maintain model quality, naming, status, revision and Common Data Environment compliance.
• Support production of coordinated drawings, builders’ work information and fabrication deliverables.
• Work with engineering, planning, procurement, manufacturing and site teams to align model outputs with delivery needs.
• Track model progress and report coordination risks, constraints and outstanding information.
• Support 4D planning, quantity extraction, digital field workflows and project handover where required.
• Contribute to BIM execution planning, standards, templates and lessons learned.

Your Qualifications and Key Criteria

• Qualification in BIM, Building Services, Architectural Technology, Engineering or Construction.
• Minimum of three years practical BIM coordination experience across construction or engineering projects, ideally involving MEP services.
• Strong Revit and Navisworks capability and experience working within a Common Data Environment.
• Ability to interpret drawings, identify spatial and technical conflicts and communicate workable solutions.
• Understanding of model federation, clash workflows, information exchange and revision control.
• Organised, collaborative and comfortable engaging with both design and site teams.

Desirable Additional Experience

• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience supporting fabrication, modularisation, data centre or life-science projects.
