Job description
- Leads, reports and documents various process optimization projects.
- Proactively identifies improvement opportunities and offers effective, high quality solutions.
- Prepares & implements improvement plans.
- Plan and implement improvement tests.
- Improve work instructions, monitors shift reports in order to identify trends, deviations.
- Prepares change control and validation documentation.
Required education and experience
- Mechanical engineering degree (BSc)
- Min. 1-2 years relevant manufacturing work experience
- Active CAD user (3D)
- Conversational English language knowledge
- M365 user level
- MS Visio, MS Project, Plant Simulation, Quadrispace, Minitab, Solid Edge, AutoDesk Inventor, 3D design SW knowledge is an advantage
- Lean, Six Sigma, TPM working experience is an advantage
- Good communicator and cooperative personality
