Key Responsibilities of the Role
- Full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects.
- Overall responsibility of budgets, schedule, quality and health and safety on projects.
- Liaising with the Clients and key project stakeholders when required.
- Ensuring structures are put in place to monitor, review and control the budgeted or agreed expenditure.
- Ensuring that all necessary commercial reports are produced accurately and in a timely fashion to upper management.
- Working directly with the relevant Director to expand the business through tendering and negotiating of new work.
- Working closely with the Directors and Site Managers to support and recommend strategies, to identify any potential risks or issues and to find an appropriate resolution.
- Issuing monthly progress reports for Senior Management.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with Clients.
Your Qualifications and Key Criteria
- Relevant Third level qualification in Building Services M&E or Trade
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- 8+ years of experience working in building services coordination
- Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Client Focus
