Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • Full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects.
  • Overall responsibility of budgets, schedule, quality and health and safety on projects.
  • Liaising with the Clients and key project stakeholders when required.
  • Ensuring structures are put in place to monitor, review and control the budgeted or agreed expenditure.
  • Ensuring that all necessary commercial reports are produced accurately and in a timely fashion to upper management.
  • Working directly with the relevant Director to expand the business through tendering and negotiating of new work.
  • Working closely with the Directors and Site Managers to support and recommend strategies, to identify any potential risks or issues and to find an appropriate resolution.
  • Issuing monthly progress reports for Senior Management.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with Clients.

 

Your Qualifications and Key Criteria

  • Relevant Third level qualification in Building Services M&E or Trade
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • 8+ years of experience working in building services coordination
  • Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong Client Focus
