Maintenance engineer

Primary duties/responsibilities:

• Lead Cutting and Finisihing maintenance activities.
• Planning maintenance activities, planning for P&P maintenance.
• Project management.
• Plant optimisation through MTBF/MTTR.
• Risk asessment (safe work environment).
• Facility maintenance.
• KPI management.
• Reporting.
• Spare part inventory management.
• Monitoring the technical status of machinery.
• Implementation of Pangea Global Engineering Standards.

Required education, skills, experience:

• Education, mainly in technical fields, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic engineer degree
• Automotive experience and comprehensive knowledge of the manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of maintenance systems
• Fluent English
• Ability to Identify Problems, effective team player
• Interest and capable in solving problems and driven to execute
• Flexibility
