Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Participation in annual facilities management cost planning.
- Ongoing assessment and collection of maintenance needs.
- Participating in the bug management process and conducting bug repair activities.
- Participating in the search for suitable subcontractors, preparing decisions.
- Organizing and carrying out planned and participating in minor maintenance.
- Participating in the development of safety protocols for fault repair and maintenance.
- Following and supervising safety protocols for fault repair and maintenance.
- Carrying out administrative activities related to facility management and maintenance of installations.
- Supervising and monitoring facilities, identifying, and implementing necessary interventions.
- Organizing and participating in the implementation of training courses on facilities maintenance.
Education & Experience Requirements
- 3+ years facility management experiences
- Proficiency in performing basic technical tasks
- Ability of problem solving and working in teams
- Flexibility, excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English
