Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • Manage site activities in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate construction to meet programme deadlines and ensure phased or full project handover.
  • Lead and direct site staff, PCL personnel, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor workmanship and materials quality throughout construction.
  • Liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers, and Services Coordinator to ensure timely, accurate information flow.
  • Ensure all work complies with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and good construction practices.
  • Review and understand all drawings and specifications; communicate errors or omissions to the Design Team promptly.

 

Your Qualifications and Key Criteria

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role within commercial construction
  • Degree qualified in Construction, Engineering, or trades background
  • Highly organized with strong management and leadership skills
  • Capable of managing people, activities, and project timelines effectively
