Tasks:
- Monitoring, controlling, and ensuring timely production, project, and customer deliveries, including PD order planning.
- Order tracking, creation, and technical completion of production and manufacturing orders, as well as invoicing using the operations management software (SAP).
- Acting as an interface between design, engineering, production, purchasing, and customers to ensure a smooth flow of information and materials.
- Creation, maintenance, and technical management of master data, parts lists, sorting orders, purchase requisitions, and warehouse and inventory overviews.
- Organization, shipping, and packaging of samples, master samples, and development goods, including creation of the necessary shipping and accompanying documents.
- Processing and coordination of complaints in consultation with internal departments and customers.
- Collaborating on the expansion, maintenance, and application of the quality and environmental management system, including document control, process descriptions, and work/test instructions.
- Participating in acceptance and approval procedures (e.g., PPAP) for production materials and processes.
- Project support including:
o Creation and maintenance of project documentation
o Tracking deadlines and measures
o Support with project and basic planning (e.g., MS Project)
- Administration and application of PDP/PDR processes and associated portals and tools.
- Cost, inventory, and KPI-related evaluations and preparation of key figures for specialists and managers (e.g., R&D management).
- Consulting and coordination on logistics, express delivery, and customs issues in the context of national and international shipments.
- Supporting production in close coordination with development and specialist departments on operational and procedural issues.
