Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supporting HR manager and staff, developing HR processes, making suggestions.
- Continuously serving the organization’s human resource needs in line with business and production plans and requirements.
- Conduct workforce planning, labor demand and supply analysis.
- Maintaining and developing the company’s job descriptions (job planning, evaluation, classification).
- Managing, coordinating, and developing the entire recruitment and training development process, including physical and mental jobs, Hungarian and foreign workers, temporary agency work.
- Managing and developing recruitment, selection, and placement processes.
- Liaising with recruitment agencies and recruitment consultants.
- Representing the company at job fairs, open days, recruitment events.
- Coordinating the organization’s internship and career development program.
- Managing and developing HR processes (orientation program, performance appraisal system, career and talent management).
- Organization and development of external and internal training; coordination of organizational development processes.
- Maintaining constant contact with employees and managers.
- Keeping employment records, record-keeping system.
- Monitor changes in legislation related to workforce management and initiate necessary actions accordingly.
- Preparing and updating internal rules and regulations relating to human resources activities.
- Developing internal communication within the organization.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Higher professional education, degree, or diploma
- 3-5 years’ experience in HR
- Active communication skills in English
- MS Office skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Diligence and punctuality in the work performed
- Self-starter, initiative, and continuous improvement approach
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
